The self-study feature allows an institution to create projects for Program Review.
Self-study projects are created via the Control Panel. They exist in a review cycle and consist of one or more programs, people, milestones and associated forms (field-sets).
For each cycle selected, any defined projects will be listed.
The list includes:
•The Start and End dates for each project
•The Status - Online (available for editing), Locked (available for viewing only)
•The progress toward form (field-set) completion
•The progress toward milestone completion
Use the People link to assign one or more portal users to a project. These are the project contributors who can edit the forms and add artifacts.
Use the Programs link to add one or more programs to the project, plus determine the program-specific form to be used.
The Report link will generate the self-study report in PDF or MSWord® format.
The Snapshot link provides the summary of a project.
In the Overall Progress panel includes buttons to list any Artifacts and generate a Report.
Click on the progress bar for the Summary or Program to display the relevant field-set. In this field-set view, click on field to toggle its display.
