By default, System users can add, edit or delete program outcomes. This function is also available to Portal users if the relevant parameter in the Control Panel is set.

 

The fieldset associated with the program must contain an outcome field to enable a program assessor to select from a list of available program and/or GenEd outcomes when editing the assessment report.

 

A program outcome may be set to Inactive. Inactive outcomes will no longer be available for selection and inclusion in a program assessment report. It does not affect any outcomes already included in a reporting cycle.
