A report of the program assessment can be generated. Select the cycles to be included and the format. If a PDF format is selected, an option to provide a side-by-side view of the selected cycles will be available. Attachments may also be included as part of a PDF file which is opened with Adobe Reader. Note that these attachments will be listed in the Adobe Reader navigation pane. Hyperlinks to these items are not supported.
If the Website option is selected, the report may be downloaded including all attachments with active hyperlinks. The download is a compressed .zip file which must be unzipped when the download is complete.
The report presentation format, including the banner graphic, can be customized via a template. See Control Panel > Templates.
Click the Reporting schedule link to define in which cycle an outcome should be assessed. The outcomes listed will be those defined for the program (program outcomes) plus any GenEd outcomes that you optionally add to the reporting schedule. Any program outcomes that have been set to 'Inactive' are listed at the bottom and marked as 'Inactive' [In].
In the schedule view, define the cycle in which an outcome is to be assessed by selecting the Report parameter.
