Email Address

The task requests from a general (juried) assessment workflow will be emailed to the respective faculty and scorers. You can set the email to originate either from the user that generated the workflow or from a specific email address.

Check with your IT department to make sure the email address will not be blocked by the institution's spam filter.

Settings

Check the relevant parameter to control which assessment functions are available in the Xitracs Portal.

You can control which outcomes panel appears in the Portal for the teaching faculty member.

If you have course outcomes defined and these in turn are mapped to GenEd and/or Program outcomes, you would typically enable the Course Outcomes Panel and not display the GenEd and Program Outcomes Panel.

Alternatively, if you no course outcomes defined and have GenEd and/or Program outcomes mapped directly to a course, you should enable the relevant panel so it is displayed in the Portal and not display the Course Outcomes Panel.
