Set the program status by selecting the relevant parameter:

 

Started

If a start date already exists in the system, it will display in the calendar view. If not, the calendar view will display today's date.

You can set or change the start date by updating the calendar and selecting the Update checkbox.

 

Online

Set a program to online to make it active and available to all assigned users.

 

Terminated

Set a program to terminated to make it inactive but still available for viewing and reporting.

Terminated programs may be edited by system users if the relevant option is set. See Program Settings.

 

Offline

Set a program to offline to make it inactive and unavailable to all assigned users.
