User access to the resource library may be managed by creating additional libraries. User assignment to one or more libraries is via user group membership with an associated role.
The default General Library is automatically assigned to the All Users group and cannot be edited or deleted.
1.Click the Create link
2.Enter a Name and Description
3.Click Submit
To edit or remove a library use the Edit or Delete link
