Users with Control Panel access can create channels for adding documents using the drag/drop function.

Creating additional channels allows you to separate documents into different queues, for example, transcripts in one channel and course syllabi into another.

Note that in order to have access to a File-Q channel for either uploading or profiling documents, a user must have the necessary privilege enabled. See Administration > Manage users.
