The Xitracs Directory Publisher Add-On™  is an optional feature that lets you publish the faculty and staff information in the credentials module to a website, either in a downloaded compressed file format or direct to a webserver via HTTP.

More information is available from your Concord representative.

 

In addition to course and section information for selected semesters, the published catalog will also include any associated syllabi (both at course and section level), assigned faculty names, CVs and course section evaluations (if available).

The look-and-feel of the website can be customized using a template.

 

Directory Web Resources

Additional web resources can be included in a published directory under the tab Non-Academic

1.Go to Credentials > Control Panel > Xitracs Add-Ons > Directory Publisher

2.Click Resources

3.Add one or more Heading as required

4.Click Open next to a heading to add one or more website URLs

Use the Check URLs link at any time to verify the links

To Publish the Directory

1.Go to Credentials > Control Panel > Xitracs Add-Ons > Directory Publisher

2.Click Directory publish

3.Select the Details to be included

4.Update the Banner, Message/Instructions and Footer fields as required.

5.Select the published website destination (HTTP, FTP or local download)

6.Select the semester(s) to be included

7.Click Submit

Note: For HTTP/FTP locations, the publish function will overwrite any existing catalog.
