This function has been replaced if the Tracks feature has been enabled on your system.
Timeframes define the period of time for a planning cycle. For example, you might create a timeframe named "2016 Fiscal" which has a timeframe of July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. This can then be associated with a plan using the Manage Plans > [Plan] > Properties function.
1.Click the Create link.
2.Specify a Name for the timeframe. Hint: Giving the timeframe an obvious name such as "2013-2014" might help you remember it later.
3.Specify a Start end End date.
4.Click Submit.
Use the Edit or Delete links to change or remove a timeframe.
You will not be able to delete a timeframe if it is associated with a plan. Change the plan cycle first using the Properties function.
